One of our favorite crops to grow was “pointy cabbage”, aka Caraflex cabbage, and we noticed last year that it’s having a moment of popularity with top chefs around the country. Yes, it’s just like a normal cabbage, but it’s pointy! And fun shaped food is always fun. In order to take advantage of the fun shape we recommend quartering your cabbage and grilling or roasting it. You can also just use it like a cabbage to make slaws and sauerkraut.
